We are looking for an accounting/HR specialist to manage our financials and office tasks at Doosan Electro-Materials America office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Financial reporting & production costs closing in SAP ERP system
• Account Receivable & Account Payable management
• General Accounting Management (Assets, Equity, and Liabilities etc.)
• Reconciling in Quick book
• Preparing monthly payroll in time with external payroll provider
• Managing monthly cash flow and budget
• Operation costs and EBIT analysis
• Responsible for providing documents to external Auditor
• Recording footnotes quarterly
• Coordinating employees’ business travel schedules and reservations
• Controlling contracts/engagement agreements ledger
• Managing General HR affairs
• Responsible for General Inquiries via e-mail and phone calls
Desired Experience and Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related field
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• 1+ years of Accounting Experience
• Excellent Time Management
• Able to multi-task
• Proactively managing tasks
• Exceptional communication skills
