> Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities

> Job Types: Full-time 
> Schedule: (Mon – Fri, 10AM-6:30PM, Include lunch)
>

> Responsibilities
> 
> As an Office Administrator Assistant at Daeho Dining Group, you will be responsible for assisting the management team across a range of organizational and administrative tasks, while gaining experience working in a Daeho Dining Group
> 
> 
> -	Assist and support Senior Executive Director as needed
> -	Review incoming mail and ensure things are forwarded to the appropriate person
> -	Research
> -	Archiving, filing, scanning, and printing documents
> -	Answer and direct phone calls, order stationery and office supplies
> -	Schedule a variety of meetings, conference calls, and video conferences both internally and externally and take minutes
> -	Arranging international and domestic travel (flights, hotels, cars etc.)
> -	Assisting in the preparation and printing of presentations & proposals
> -	Submit and reconcile expense reports
> -	All other duties as assigned
> 
> 
> Qualifications:
> -	Fluent Korean & English
> -	Legally authorized to work in the United States
> -	High School Diploma
> -	A positive attitude
> -	Strong organizational skills
> -	Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
> -	Growth mindset: a willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks
> -	Ability to be a team player, helping when needed
> -	Pays attention to detail

> -	Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
