The unit has a vaulted ceiling, fireplace, washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, central heat/air conditioning, wood style flooring, and amazing natural light all year round with trees in front of windows for privacy.
Sublet starts March 1st (later date move-in negotiable)
Base Rent is $2660 + utilities. Pet rent is additional $25 per month.
The sublet is for March-August, and you can extend the lease for next year on the same unit if wanted. The unit will be deep cleaned before you move in.
My wife and I lived in this unit for two years and absolutely loved living here. Walking distance to safeway, dog park, tennis court, etc. We are only moving out because we are leaving Davis.
